I currently have been looking for a unsecured loan to pay off all my high intrest rate credit cards the amount comes to a little over 20’000 dollars. I don’t own a home and no banks will give me a loan over 10’000 dollars without ownership of a house… Any suggestions PLEASE???

Your position is a tough one.
With average credit and no home for collateral, no lender is going to give you a unsecured loan for $20,000.00.
I have excellent credit over 750 and had to put up my home as collateral to do the same thing a couple of year ago.

Is this a joke?
You need to stop spending, stop using your credit cards, pay them down as fast as possible, and start again.
You might get some help from your parents, or a wealthy relative (if you have any), but you are mostly on your own. Of course, if you choose the latter, you’d have to humble yourself, perhaps clean up and conform a little.
No one is willing to throw good money after bad for less than a very high interest rate, and it seems to me that you have a history of being an irresponsible goof-off with money.
Change your ways!
